Alvin Lee Carpenter

Alvin Lee Carpenter, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 15th, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was born on February 12, 1957, in Nevada, Missouri to Jack and Barbara Carpenter, who preceded him in death.

He loved his garden and diving and going for motorcycle rides. He was a naturally gifted mechanic and a heavy equipment operator in the Coeur d’ Alene and Spokane areas for over 30 years. He was a strong, but gentle giant who loved his family immensely.

Alvin is survived by his wife Tammy, of nearly forty years, his daughters Lisa of Marysville, WA and Tamra of Blanchard, ID, and their spouses, and five grandchildren.
