Bruce Hal Lauderdale

Bruce H Lauderdale, born August 14th, 1934, passed away peacefully in Coeur D Alene, Idaho on January 31st, 2025 with family by his side. Bruce was proceeded in death by his wife of 62 years, Nancy L Lauderdale, his parents, William H and Maude May Lauderdale, his daughter Wendy Lauderdale, his daughter Leah Aiono and his grandson Tony Wicker. Bruce is survived by 5 of his children: Brian (son) and Debbie Lauderdale, Brett (son)and Lisa M Lauderdale, Shelley (daughter) and Shann Love, Laura (daughter) and Yan Silbert, and Barry (son) and Lisa D Lauderdale. Bruce is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 41great-grandchildren.

Bruce was the only child of William H and Maude May Lauderdale and was born in Deer Park, WA. Bruce attended school in Deer Park and graduated from Deer Park High School in 1954. Bruce and Nancy married in August of 1955 just before he joined the Air Force in the fall of 1955. Bruce finished his military career as a Colonel in the Washington Air National Guard.

Services for Bruce Lauderdale will be held Friday, February 7th, 2025, at 11 am. The funeral service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints, 34221 N Newport Hwy, Chattaroy, WA. A reception will immediately follow the service at the church. There will be a graveside service at 1:30 at the Woodland Cemetery in Deer Park for those wanting to attend.
