Carl Ziegler
Carl Adam Ziegler passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016. Carl was born on the family farm, Nov. 8, 1931, in Karlsruhe, N.D. He was the one of 16 siblings.
Carl married his beloved wife, Florence, in 1953 in North Dakota. Carl and Florence moved to Post Falls, Idaho, in 1960. Their four children, Glenda, Edmond, Roger and Gregory, along with their spouses blessed Carl and Florence with 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Carl worked at and retired from Central Pre-Mix in Coeur d’Alene. One of Carl’s greatest pleasures in life was hunting with his brothers, sons and friends. In later years, when Carl was not able to hunt he looked forward to family and friends coming to his shop to take care of the meat. Carl and Florence always waited with great anticipation for the call to open up the shop and get the cookies ready!
A special thank you goes out to Hospice. Nurses Laurie and Deneen took such good care of our father and friend.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at St. Georges Church in Post Falls.
