Carol Sue Hunter

Carol S Hunter, 78, passed away on December 26, 2022, at home with family at her side. She was born on January 29, 1944, in Richmond, California. After high school, she met Raymond “Skip” Hunter and they were later married on July 4, 1964. A few years after marriage they then moved to Northern Idaho where they resided in Post Falls and raised their 3 children. She was a volunteer auxiliary member for the Post Falls Fire Department and enjoyed bowling and any sport that her children played. She was preceded in death by both her parents, her sister Shirley, her husband Skip, and her son David. She is survived by her son Bobby (wife Marie), daughter Tracie (husband Stephen), grandchildren Breanna, Mischelle, Blake, Aleczander, Kourtenai and Kassawndra, as well as great-grandchildren Declan and Tristan. Her family would like to thank Silver Ridge Care, Crest Home Health and Hospice, and Touching Hearts at Home for all the care, love, and support they provided her and her family prior to her passing. Funeral services will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church in Post Falls on March 13, 2023, at 6 PM.
