D. Achey

Tom was called home to be with his family January 29th, 2018. He was born in Riverton, Wyoming on March 9, 1938 where he grew up. Tom met and married his wife Lelah M. Achey (Lough), they then moved to Coeur d' Alene and found a home in Hayden, Idaho where they raised their son. Tom worked for Idaho Forest Industries for his entire career before retiring. Tom loved hunting, and woodworking which he won awards for his abilities. Tom was a volunteer for Hayden Lake Fire dept. for several years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lelah. Tom is survived by his son, Chuck Achey and his wife Lynn Achey, as well as two grandchildren, Brandy and Cory Achey. Tom's final resting place will be with his wife Lelah at Coeur d' Alene Memorial Gardens. There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
