Donald C. Werner

Donald C. Werner was born February 22, 1935. He passed away April 10, 2024 at the age of 89. 
He served in the military for a time and worked as a Systems Analyst in the computer industry for many years. Don moved to north Idaho in May of 1997 from Connecticut. He enjoyed the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, gardening, hiking, and spending time with his faithful canine companion Princess. He was a member of the Monday Hiking Club in Sandpoint.
On July 5, 2003, Don was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. For the next twenty years, he enjoyed sharing his knowledge of Jehovah’s beautiful purpose for the earth and for mankind with friends, family and neighbors.
Don was preceded in death by his brother Norman Werner of Thomaston, CT, and his sister Mildred Werner of Boston, MA.
Graveside Services for Don will be Thursday April 18, at 10am, at Westmond Cemetery in Sagle.
