Eunice Butterfield

Eunice J. Butterfield, 83

Eunice J. Butterfield passed away peacefully on July 26, 2018, surrounded by her family. Eunice was born on Feb. 10, 1935, to Michael and Margie Schaaf in Bowman, N.D., before moving to Washington, where she met the love of her life, Alfred Butterfield. They were married for 59 years. They spent the majority of their life together in Washington raising their two sons before moving to Idaho in 2009.

Eunice is survived by her sons Steve and Don (wife Andrea); brother Bruce and sister in law Judie; grandchildren, Chris, Michelle, Felisha, Brittany, Nicole; 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and many close friends.

A graveside service honoring Alfred and Eunice was held at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, Wash.
