Frank Harrell

Frank James Harrell Msgt E-8 Ret.,87 passed away on August 14, 2016 at the Hospice House in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He was born in Llano, Texas on August 28, 1928.

Frank married Mary Elva Cress on June 2, 1956 in Colville, Washington. They recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.

Frank was retired from the Army and had served in Korea, Vietnam and Germany. As he entered civilian life, Frank went to work at the Co-op Supply and drove pilot car for Kelly Riley Pilot Cars.

Frank is survived by his wife Mary and his daughters Gail (Chris Tucker) and Karen (Mark Zurfluh); grandchildren, Levi Mann of Post Falls, Josh Mann of Chandler AZ, Alaina Zurfluh of Liberty Lake,WA and Kirsten (Daniel Baker) of Spokane Valley, WA; numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother Dora Mae Reed (Harrell), his father Johnnie Harrell, five sisters and brothers and his great grandson Gage J. Mann.

Frank's interment will be on Thursday August 18th at 11:15 at the National VA Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA. His memorial service will be at English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d'Alene on Friday August 19th at 11:00am with a reception to follow immediately after the service at the Gateway 1165 W. Ironwood Dr.
