Gorden Dean Newman

Gorden “Deano” Newman passed away peacefully and pain free on August 7th 2024. 

Deano was born in Havre, Montana on September 9th, 1964. He then moved to North Idaho and grew up in Post Falls. Deano spent most of his adult life traveling the states working and fishing any chance he got. He could build anything from houses to power plants. Deano had a passion for woodworking and creating beautiful pieces of art after he landed home in 2017. He dedicated his life to care for his mother Charlotte after the passing of his father Robert in 2020. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with terminal cancer in March of 2024. 

Deano is survived by his mother Charlotte, his daughters Jennifer, Casey and CyntheA, his siblings, numerous nieces, nephews and all of his wonderful friends.

A memorial benefit to help pay for cremation costs will be held on Sunday August 18th 2024 at 3pm at Bob's 21 Club in Post Falls, Idaho.

Deano will be greatly missed by everyone.
