Jeanette Pannell

Jeanette Ida Pannell (79) of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away February 23, 2017 at her home in Coeur d’Alene. She was born May 23, 1937 in Santa Cruz, California to Archibald Bartlette and Vida Morgan Bartlette. Jeanette grew up in California and graduated from high school while there. While living in California, she met the love of her life, John Kenneth Pannell; and on July 16, 1960, they got married in Santa Clara. Jeanette moved to North Idaho in 2002 to be with her family. She spent her years loving and caring for her family as a stay-at-home mom and she truly made the house a home. She deeply loved her children and grandchildren. Jeanette also enjoyed Nascar and she loved cats.
Jeanette is survived by her sons Michael (Kim) Pannell and John Pannell, both of Post Falls, Idaho; as well as ten grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John K Pannell, who passed June 22, 2001; and her parents, Archibald “Archie” Bartlette in 1995 and Vida Morgan Bartlette in 1999.
English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho has been entrusted with arrangements. There are no services planned at this time.
