Kathy Dickey
Kathy Kay Dickey, 71, of Post Falls, passed away April 23 at Kootenai Medical Center. She was a beloved wife, mother and friend who will be fondly remembered for her love of nature and books, her generous spirit, and infectious laugh. Kathy was born in Denver Colorado to Philip Tangy and Lola Tangy (Holcombe). She was an active and proud member of the Post Falls community for 23 years.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Kevin Dickey of Post Falls, her brother Bob Tangy of Laramie, WY and her children Katy Martin, Dawn Conroy, Carla Jones, Donnae Wahl, David Dorcas and Robert Dorcas, all of Denver, Colorado. She has 4 son-in-laws and one daughter-in-law and was a grandmother to eleven children and great-grandmother to 13.
A memorial service will be held on May 6, 10:00 am at English Funeral Chapel at 1700 N Spokane St, Post Falls. There will be a reception following in the Fellowship hall at Post Falls Baptist Church next door.
