K.R. was born in McAlester, Oklahoma and soon moved to Bakersfield, California where he grew up, went to college and after college served his country as a Navy Pilot. After his military service, he returned to Bakersfield and married Joyce, his wife. They had two sons Brent (58) and Bob (60). He worked for Standard Oil until offered a Chevron dealership in Ventura, California. His life's work as a mechanic continued when he moved to Idaho in 1979 with his family until he passed at age 82 of a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his sister and brother. Helen, Bob and Ken you will all be missed greatly.
