Linda Jo Hedberg Sims

Linda Jo Hedberg Sims was born on July 29, 1964 to Jim and Margie Hedberg. Linda died on April 12, 2024, after battling cancer. 

 Linda was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1982. She enjoyed friends, family, camping, crafts, gardening, and spending time at the lake. She had a soft spot for her furry friend Rocky. On Wednesdays, you could find her volunteering in the community. 

 She is survived by her mother: Margie Hedberg, sisters: Debra Hedberg (Lee Waddell) and Kelly Hedberg Gaines (Mark Gaines), son: Lance Sims (Jakayla Sims), granddaughters: Cailyn and Huntley, nieces/nephews: Christian, Jackson, Rebekah, and JJ.

 Linda wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Sarkis who cared for her over the years. Also, Lisa and Lacey from Hospice who supported our entire family at the end.

 The memorial will be at English Funeral Chapel on April 27th at 2:00. 1133 N. 4th Street in Coeur d’Alene.
