Mary Searles

Mary Louise Rash Searles, 87, passed away at her home on October 30, 2018. Mary was born to James and Hattie Wall on July 20, 1931 in Raton New Mexico.

Mary was a devout Christian, loving house wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Mary enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and going for rides in the mountains. She also liked playing the guitar, singing on the radio when she was 15, and listening to C&W music.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband Edward D. Rash Sr. three sisters and two brothers.

Mary is survived by: brother Robert Wall, son David (Barb) Rash, daughters Terrie Howry, Grace Miller, Corrine (Mark) Allen, Sandy (Allen) McGrath, Angela Rash, stepdaughter Joyce Peterson, 17 grandkids, 42 great grandkids, and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a Memorial Service held in Mary’s honor on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 1 p.m. at her home.
