Matt Tulleners

Matt Tulleners, of Post Falls, Idaho, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on March 11, 2022.  Matt fought cancer valiantly for over six years.  He spent 46 years in the timber industry beginning with Idaho Forest Industries (IFI) and ending with Oleson Saw.  Matt thoroughly enjoined his time with Oleson.  He traveled much of the western states and was always known for a good “BS” session by saw filers at the various mills he serviced.

 

He was married to his wife Sandi for forty years; they have six children and ten grandchildren.  Nothing gave Matt more pleasure than spending time with his family, especially in the shop.  Matt enjoyed giving UTV and tractor rides to his grandchildren. He was an avid Ford man.  His 1978 Ford F250 pickup truck is still in the family.  His four sons are currently restoring his first pickup truck.  He was a collector of vintage Coke machines and signs. He also loved his full-size Aeromotor Windmill in his backfield.  He will be truly missed by his family, friends, and coworkers.

 

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
