Peter Duczek

Peter Philip Duczek, 57, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away June 2nd, 2016 surrounded by his family. Peter was born to Jerry Duczek and Jackie (Sorrell) McAvoy on February 2nd, 1959, in Spokane, Washington.

In 1979 he married Anderea Morgan (Duczek). They had two children: Geena Duczek and Jerry Duczek (Mindy Hayes).

In 1996 he met and began his life with Sara Corniel and moved back to the area from Portland Oregon. They have spent the last 19 years together in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Pete leaves behind his mother, Jackie McAvoy; grandmother, Sarah Mathews; sisters, Kathie Chirhart (Tom), Tonia Duczek (Jim Frank), Nikki Lynch (Joel), Tyla Rae Eaves (Chris), Autumn Duczek, Tara Duczek, Victoria Dunham; grandchildren, Bryce, Mya and Cierra; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Pete was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Duczek and his grandmother, Erma Stoddard.
