Rosemary Fallon, 87
Rosemary would like to let you know that her work here is done. On Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017, she received a call (a sort of an offer you can’t refuse) for an appointment from which she will not be returning. This assignment comes with a huge bonus: a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time.
Rosemary was born in Agency, Mo., on July 11, 1929, to Emmett and Bertha Hirtler. She was the youngest of six, all of whom preceded her in death. She moved to Southern California in 1950, where she met and married Jack Coppick. Later, Rosemary married Jim Fallon and was with him until his death in 1989.
Rosemary loved God, “Dancing with the Stars,” and her family more than anything. She is survived by her only child, daughter Jill (Satterly) of Coeur d’Alene; her wonderful son-in-law/bonus son, John (Satterly) of North Carolina; the light of her life, granddaughter Julianna (Satterly) of Maryland; and a niece and many nephews.
Rosemary left behind a lot of stuff to her family who have no idea what to do with it. If you’re looking for an exercise bike with about 17,000 miles on it, a large Troll Christmas stocking, a million religious books, and at least 100 clocks of various shapes and sizes, you should wait the appropriate amount of time and get in touch with us. (Tomorrow would be fine.)
Rosemary died peacefully and had a great, long life. Her sweet, gentle and often extremely stubborn soul will be deeply missed by all those that love her. By her request, there will be no services.
