Sharon Hoialmen

Sharon, 74, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Passed away peacefully and went to be with her late husband of 50 years, Allen, and her heavenly father on May 9, 2018.

Our amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt, was born in Coeur d’Alene, third child to parents Harold (Jack) and Elvina Fields. She was sister to Melvin (Jack) and Harold G. Fields.

She grew up in Coeur d’Alene, and except for a brief stint in south California, was a lifelong resident of the Coeur d’Alene area, where she attended schools and where she met the love of their life, her husband Allen P. Hoialmen. They were married in Coeur d’Alene. Together they raised their three children, James, John, and Lorie in Post Falls, ID.

Sharon, a stay at home wife and mother, was devoted to raising their children and caring for her family. She found joy in finding treasures at discount stores, garage sales and at family gathering. Animals, also held a special place in her heart bringing to her love, laughter, and often tears.

Sharon attended Ironwood Chapel in Coeur d’Alene.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, husband, and brothers.

Sharon is survived by her sons, James and John Hoialmen of Coeur d’Alene, daughter Lorie Rogers (Tom) of Lake Almanor, California, 5 Grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

The family invites friends and family to meet with them in a celebration of Sharon’s life on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at English Funeral Chapel, Post Falls. 1700 N Spokane St, Post Falls, ID 83854
