Teresa (Terri) A Mercer died Friday Jan. 13, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her mother Bonnie Beaulieu, daughter Ashley Mercer, son Dylan Mercer, and grandsons Noah and Tanner, also, her sister Sandy Pinkney, her brothers Danny Mercer and Ken Mercer, her Aunt Kathy Morse and Uncle Lonnie Morse.
Terri was born in Hawaii in 1964. Her family moved to California where Terri spent her childhood. She graduated from Mount Carmel High School in Rancho Penasquitos and then moved to Rathdrum, ID.
Terri attended NIC and graduated with an AS degree and then worked as a Legal Aide for several years.
The last 5 years Terri worked at Umpqua Bank in Spokane as a Loan Specialist.
She touched the lives of many throughout her life. Terri enjoyed volunteering in the community, Ironman, CDA Opera, Toastmaster, and many more.
Terri was taken from this world far too soon, and our hearts ache for the years that will continue on without her. Whether it stemmed from a momentary meeting or a decades-long friendship, the life lessons taught to anyone who had the luck to cross paths with her will impact them for life.
A celebration of Terri’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday January 28, 2017, at the English Funeral Chapel 1700 N. Spokane St. Post Falls, ID.
