William Campbell Sinclair Jr.

William Campbell Sinclair Jr.

William “Cam” Sinclair passed away on the morning of 6 January 2025, sixty six years after his birth in Lansing, Michigan to Bill and Joanne. He was surrounded by his family in his last hours and as he passed over.

In his early years Cam moved around with his family, living in Michigan, Nevada, and for 5 years in Brazil. The family settled in Tampa FL when Cam was in the 5thgrade. He later worked for the City of Tampa and in his spare time enjoyed lapidary- collecting, cutting and polishing stones, as well as fishing in his one man sailboat.

As a young adult he moved to Northern Idaho in 2000, working locally and in Alaska. He and Nelia were wed 2005 and enjoyed a harmonious and devoted life together for 19 years. In that time, their son Campbell was born, the light of Cam’s life. He never failed to take joy in his son, and the two spent many happy hours together.

Cam is survived by his wife, son and siblings Vikki, Mary, and Nate. Behind his spirit of adventure, his family knew him as a kind, curious, unassuming gentleman. Cam was a courageous soul, gone too soon. He was much loved by his family and friends and will be very dearly missed by Nelia and Campbell.

LOVING MEMORIES

Your gentle face and patient smile
 With sadness we recall,
You had a kindly word for each
 And died beloved by all.

The voice is mute and stilled the heart
That loved us well and true,
Ah, bitter was the trial to part
From one so good as you.

You are not forgotten loved one
 Nor will you ever be
As long as life and memory last
 We will remember thee.

We miss you now, our hearts are sore,
As time goes by we miss you more.
Your loving smile, your gentle face,
No one can fill your vacant place.
